Greetings from Our President

Hello and welcome to the website of the Eta Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi at George Mason University!

It is such an honor to be the President of this extraordinary group of young women. Joining Alpha Phi the fall of my freshmen year has been one of the best decisions I have made while in college. I immediately felt loved and welcomed when I joined Eta Lambda. It is hard to put into words how wonderful it is being an Alpha Phi at GMU. Here you will find love and loyalty, friendship and laughter, and a passion amongst all for philanthropy and service. Alpha Phi will become more than just a sorority to you–It will become a home away from home and a place where you will make lifelong memories and friendships. It will be a place that you can grow as an individual and a leader, and it will show you what a true sisterhood is all about!
Over the Years we have won numerous awards regionally as well as within the Greek community at GMU. Some of these include Most Outstanding Collegiate Chapter from our regional conference, the Chapter Excellence Award from Fraternity & Sorority Life, Excellence in Marketing, and we also have been the number one recruiting chapter in the Panhellenic council. Within the last year we have raised more than $16,000 for the Alpha Phi Foundation in Support of Cardiac Care through our Red Dress Gala, Cardiac Arrest, and King of Hearts Pageant.
